Why did you decide to join the Endeavor Bulgaria network?
Entrepreneurship can be incredibly challenging, and having a strong support system is crucial. Endeavor offers a unique platform where I can surround myself with like-minded individuals who are not only passionate but also driven to push boundaries.
Entrepreneurship can be a rollercoaster—what’s your go-to method for staying grounded during tough times?
During tough times, I focus on the people around me. Surrounding myself with the right people—those who offer honest feedback and support—keeps me grounded. Additionally, I make it a point to step out of my comfort zone regularly. This helps me gain a broader perspective on challenges, making them feel more manageable.
What’s one myth about entrepreneurship that needs to be debunked?
Тhat it’s glamorous. The reality is quite the opposite—it’s often dirty, miserable, sleepless, and filled with constant challenges. The image of entrepreneurship as a smooth, effortless journey is misleading. In truth, it requires relentless hard work, resilience, and the ability to push through difficult times without giving up.
What’s one book, podcast, or resource you’re currently reading or listening to that you’d recommend to others?
I’m currently revisiting Homer’s Odyssey. It’s a timeless epic that has it all—adventure, struggle, perseverance, and the quest for home. The themes in the Odyssey resonate deeply with the entrepreneurial journey, reminding me that the path to success is often long and fraught with obstacles, but ultimately rewarding.
What’s one piece of advice you’d give to aspiring entrepreneurs?
My advice to aspiring entrepreneurs is simple: Do or do not, there is no “try.”
