Tell us how your story began. What was the inflection point that made you realize this could become a serious business, not just an idea?
My path into AI started long before Ethermind, tracing back to my student days at TUES and later at Singularity University. Over the years, we experimented with various AI approaches, but the models weren’t mature enough until late 2023. At that point, the technology finally caught up, and it became clear we stood at a once-in-a-generation crossroads. Ethermind was born from recognizing the unique opportunity to integrate AI agents directly into daily workflows, transforming how employees learn, collaborate, and innovate in real-time. After two decades in corporate training, I’d seen firsthand a painful recurring challenge: every time skilled employees left, they took more than half of their hard-earned knowledge with them. Ethermind was our answer to this critical issue, and that’s when we knew it wasn’t just an idea, but the foundation for a serious business.

Contrary to popular belief, the most valued workplace skills today – programming and technical abilities – actually have a shorter useful life than ever before, often lasting less than two years. In contrast, overlooked “soft skills” – empathy, critical thinking, and teamwork remain permanently essential in an AI-driven world.
