Today, Biostyle’s products are enjoyed in over 20 markets worldwide, including Belgium, Germany, the UK, and the USA. By combining sustainable production with expertly crafted recipes, Biostyle has become a trusted partner in the everyday lives of modern consumers. In May 2025, the company was proudly recognized in London as a finalist in the Best New Special Diet Product category at the prestigious NOPEX trade show.

 

Tell us how your story began. What was the inflection point that made you realize this could become a serious business, not just an idea?

Our story began in the shadow of the global financial crisis—after three failed ventures and a complete collapse of life as we knew it.

Biostyle was born out of a deeply personal and humbling journey. Both founders faced serious health challenges that forced them to completely rethink how they lived, worked, and ate. What started as a necessity soon became a mission. Experiencing firsthand the truth behind the phrase “Let food be thy medicine,” they discovered the life-changing power of clean, functional nutrition.
At that time—around 2009–2010—the Bulgarian market offered almost no organic options, while Western Europe was already embracing conscious, health-driven food trends. This contrast was not only striking—it was motivating. They saw a gap, a growing need, and a calling.
That was the inflection point: when personal healing met a bold entrepreneurial vision.
Biostyle was born—not from comfort or success, but from resilience, conviction, and the unwavering belief that better food can truly lead to a better life.

A little-known fact? Most people think gluten-free or keto snacks are automatically healthy—but the reality is, many are packed with artificial sweeteners, fillers, and ultra-processed ingredients. What truly sets Biostyle apart is our commitment to clean label recipes: no shortcuts, no compromise—just real, functional ingredients that nourish the body. In fact, our vegan salami is one of the few in Europe made without soy, gluten, or preservatives, and still tastes amazing.
