Aleksandar Negencov

Alex Negencov is part of the Entrepreneur Experience team at Endeavor Bulgaria, where he works closely with founders through Open Innovation initiatives and the Alumni+ program. His work sits at the intersection of deep tech, entrepreneurship, and growth, helping ambitious teams find the right paths and opportunities to scale.

Before Endeavor, Alex spent several years building and scaling DEV.BG as Chief Revenue Officer, during a period when the company grew into a leading platform for the tech community, developing over 1,500 partnerships across Europe, the UK, and the US. It left him fascinated by the journey from early idea to scalable company.

Alex holds an MSc in EU Politics from the London School of Economics (LSE) and has continued his learning through programs at UC Berkeley, INSEAD, and MIT. Outside of work, he is an endurance athlete and Ironman finisher — a pursuit that mirrors his belief in consistency, long-term thinking, and resilience. He is especially curious about the space where art, science, and technology meet, and how new ideas grow into meaningful ventures.
