Kami Kosharova

Kami Kosharova is part of the Entrepreneur Experience team at Endeavor Bulgaria. She is mainly focused on Dare2Scale as well as Endeavor’s regional expansion, identifying, selecting, and supporting the highest-performing entrepreneurs from the region.

Prior to joining Endeavor, Kami was part of the Valencia team at Plug and Play, working on corporate partnerships for startups at the global venture capital firm headquartered in San Francisco. This experience coupled with her time at Paramount in Chicago, where she spent close to three years managing U.S advertising investments for the media conglomerate, allowed her to bring a multi-faceted, global perspective to Endeavor.

Kami holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Latin American, Latino, and Iberian Studies from the University of Richmond. Growing up in the U.S and living in several countries post-grad, Kami enjoys traveling in her free time, watching films and experimenting with her photography.
