Dare To Scale Growth Program Launch
Yesterday marked the official start of the Dare to Scale Growth Program with an orientation for the 10 participating companies followed by a cocktail. Endeavor’s local network, the program’s main partner Postbank as well as partners from ScaleFocus and BSMEPA attended the event.
At orientation, all entrepreneurs were briefed in detail by Irina Encheva, Manager at Endeavor, on the upcoming mentorships, workshops, events, and overall support for the 4 intensive months of the Dare to Scale run. The entrepreneurs had the chance to meet one another, discuss the most pressing challenges in their businesses and share what they aim to achieve in the context of the program.
After orientation, the Dare to Scale founders were joined by more than 70 guests from Endeavor’s partners, mentors, board members and other entrepreneurs at Galeria Struktura to celebrate the occasion. Many of the entrepreneurs were introduced to their individual mentors who will help them deal with strategic topics during the course of Dare to Scale.
Momchil Vassilev, Endeavor Bulgaria’s Managing Director, shared his enthusiasm for working with the Class of 2019 and thanked all partners, mentors and friends that are supporting the project. Among the guests were also Dimitar Shumarov, Executive Director and CFO of Dare to Scale’s main partner- Postbank as well as Plamen Tsekov and Viktor Bilyanski – co-founders of ScaleFocus which also is a partner to the program.
Following the kick-off event, the Dare to Scalers are to meet again next week for their first Workshop on the topic of Product-Market Fit as well as start work on their specific challenges with each of their mentors. Welcome and good luck to the Dare to Scale Class of 2019!
