He has more than 16 years of experience in managing businesses in the field of micro loans and credit cards. Nedelcho also has experience in block chain finance and other alternative digital finance services.

MFG is a leading Bulgarian non-banking financial institution with growing operations across the CEE region. The company has a strong presence in Bulgaria (#1 subprime lender) and Romania (#2 in subprime). The group has strong track record of launching new products/businesses and expanding on new markets. It has successfully replicated home collected, money shops and credit cards models to markets in Romania, Poland, Ukraine and North Macedonia.

Nedelcho Spasov is also the founder and General Manager at Easy Asset Management (one of the 10+ entities of MFG). The company is a non-banking financial institution, which serves customers who do not have access to banking services. The company has more than 3,000 credit consultants spread over 130 offices across Bulgaria. The company also operates in Ukraine with over 1,200 credit consultants and 80 offices, Romania with over 460 credit consultants and 35 offices and has recently opened an office in Poland and Czech Republic.

Nedelcho holds a Masters in Economics and Industrial Management from the University of National and World Economy, Bulgaria, and has completed Executive Management Training Program in INSEAD Business School.
