Angel Hadjiev

Angel has over 17 years of international experience in financial services, focusing on M&A and corporate finance. He is the regional head of SeedBlink, an equity management platform, through which individual investors have backed hundreds of tech startups from around Europe.

Prior to joining SeedBlink, he was a Deputy Director at Deloitte, responsible for portfolio and debt restructuring services, centering on transactions involving banks and financial institutions. Some of the most notable clients include: Cerberus, KBC, OTP, BNB (2016 AQR/ST), Sumitomo, and A1.

Angel holds an MBA from ESADE Business School and a BA in Business Economics from University of Durham. He is also certified by the following organisations: Cass Business School – Restructuring Services; and by the American Society of Appraisers (ASA
applicant status) in Business Valuation.
