Deyan Vitanov is a serial entrepreneur currently serving as the Co-founder and Executive chairman at Indexed. Deyan is a former CMO of Playco, an instant gaming company and a co-founder of Chobolabs (acquired in 2019), Philanthropedia (acquired in 2011) and CPP-Home (acquired in 2003).
Deyan’s passion for building things started at the age of nine when his dad first bought him a computer. Fascinated by the endless possibilities, Deyan focused on programming, reverse engineering, and participating in coding competitions, even having the good fortune to win a few. That is why Deyan felt right at home when he moved to Silicon Valley, the epicenter of technological entrepreneurship. Deyan completed his MBA at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he co-chaired the Entrepreneurship Conference and taught the “Leadership Labs” class.
Deyan has continued his community involvement serving as an advisor at Stanford Ignite, StartX, and Innovation Endeavors among others. It’s been Deyan’s privilege to help 300+ entrepreneurs, who have raised $400M+ in funding and employ thousands of people.
Deyan regularly speaks about entrepreneurship, technology, and leadership at conferences, communities, and schools, including Stanford and Berkeley.
