Evelina Speri is a leadership and operational excellence expert with extensive international experience in lean transformation, performance management, and organizational development. She is currently the Owner of ESLC, helping organizations improve performance and develop high-performing leaders.
Previously, Evelina held senior leadership roles at Olympus Corporation of the Americas as Director of Operational Excellence, Global and Head of LEAN Management, EMEA. She also served as Head of LEAN Management at Lufthansa Technik Logistik Services, LEAN Expert at Lufthansa Technik Sofia, and Team Leader Service Partner Management at Hewlett-Packard. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Sales Manager at The Southwestern Company in the United States.
Her expertise spans lean management, operational excellence, leadership development, and driving organizational transformation across global businesses.
