Jordan Popov

Jordan Popov is the current General Manager of Acordis and previously served as CEO of Telelink, an international group of companies dedicated to incorporating information, communication and industrial automation technology into innovative products and solutions for telecoms, public institutions and private businesses.

Jordan has been part of Telelink since its inception in 2001 and has occupied a number of managerial positions, including Group CFO since 2006. He jointly holds the position of executive director and member of the board of directors of Telelink Bulgaria.

His expertise spans corporate governance, leadership, financial management, strategic planning and execution, as well as M&A and business transformation. He has an extensive track record in investor relations and corporate transactions, having led and executed a wide range of deals — including an IPO, numerous financing rounds (equity, mezzanine and debt), cross-border acquisitions, mergers, splits, divestments and leveraged buyouts.
