Maria Gushterova

Maria Gushterova is a People & Culture leader with extensive experience in strategic HR, organizational design, leadership development, and talent management. Throughout her career, she has partnered with senior executives and leadership teams to align people strategies with business objectives, strengthen leadership capabilities, and build effective organizations.

Having spent over a decade at Progress Software (formerly Telerik), where she held senior HR leadership roles supporting global teams, Maria combines a strong corporate foundation with a practical, business-oriented approach. She specializes in designing and building HR programs and solutions from the ground up, tailored to each organization’s unique needs, maturity, and stage of growth.

Following her experience as Chief Human Resources Officer at LimeChain, a Web3 project development company, Maria continues to support entrepreneurial leadership teams in scaling their businesses and professionalizing their people functions. She focuses on building the organizational structures, leadership practices, and people strategies needed to enable sustainable growth.

Maria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the American University in Bulgaria, a diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD, and an HCI certification in Strategic HR Business Partnering.
