Ruslan Papazyan is the Managing Director of Curtis Instruments, a Kohler Group company that is manufactoring production vehicles with zero-emission footprint. He is also the former Managing Director and Plant Manager of Eberspächer Bulgaria – Eberspächer Group is ensuring clean mobility, whether for passenger cars, trucks, buses, construction and agricultural machines, campers or boats.

Ruslan is highly experienced in leading teams that provide engineering products and services for Telecoms, Energy and Automotive customers across multiple geographies. He was an Executive Director at Telelink Infra Services (TIS) Bulgaria (an international group of companies dedicated to integrating information, communication and industrial automation technologies) and а Regional Managing Director at the Swedish industrial group Trelleborg for South-East Europe, Middle East and Africa in the period 2013 – 2019. There he developed the team in Bulgaria to be responsible for 63 markets within the Trelleborg Sealing Solutions business. Prior to that, Ruslan was part of the Swiss-Swedish engineering group ABB, which he joined in 2000 at the Research & Development center in Sweden. Between 2010 and 2013 he was Executive Manager at the ABB manufacturing unit in Sevlievo, Bulgaria where he oversaw investments in technology, manufacturing capacity, control, and planning systems.

Ruslan holds a PhD in electro- and material technologies from The Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) – Stockholm and an Executive MBA from the University of Sheffield.
