Tzvetan Naydenov

Tzvetan Naydenov is a management consultant with 15+ years of experience in developing and executing strategies for Fortune 500 companies across the globe.

Tzvetan started his career with DHL Consulting in Germany, where he focused on re-organization, process optimization and growth strategies for the logistics industry. He then moved on to Boston Consulting Group in Dubai and Geneva, where he covered various companies across Europe, the Middle East and North America. He consulted on the topics of re-organization, growth strategies, operations optimization, supply chain, and pricing. He later on moved to Selecta, a Swiss-based pan-European retailer, where as a Group Operations Excellence Director he was responsible for performance management, field force optimization and customer satisfaction for an organization of 7000+ employees. In March 2020, Tzvetan is an Engagement Manager with IQVIA, based out of Bulgaria. As of January 2022, he is the Vice President of Operations of Invenda Group.

Tzvetan holds a BCom degree from McGill University, Canada with a focus on Finance and Strategy, as well as a Masters degree in Project Financing from SciencesPo Paris, France. As part of his engagement with the Bulgarian startup community, Tzvetan is also a Board Member at BESCO – The Bulgarian Startup Association.
