What has been your company’s biggest achievement or milestone to date, and what impact has it had on your business?

For a small company in Vratsa, our biggest achievement was when we managed to scale up our team and cover all parts of the development cycle through hiring or training internal experts. This way we managed to provide a full service to our clients and be responsible for the quality from end to end.

What’s an unexpected or fun fact about your company or team that most people wouldn’t know?

All of our team mates currently are born and/or living in the Northwest of Bulgaria. There is a small rivalry between people from Vratsa and Montana and colleagues often joke about it.

What’s a piece of advice you wish you had received when you were just starting out? How do you pass this wisdom on?

Sales is everything. Counting on just having good people and doing quality work is not enough for sustainable growth.
