Peter Mitev is the First Bulgarian Entrepreneur to Join Endeavor – the Global Network for High-Impact Entrepreneurship

Chaos Group has reported growth in both revenue and net income for the past 5 years and its product, V-Ray, is widely acknowledged as the standard tool across a wide range of industries, including visual effects (VFX), architecture, product and industrial design, media and others.

Peter Mitev is the first Bulgarian entrepreneur to be selected by Endeavor. The network is active in 23 countries around the world and helps local entrepreneurs scale their businesses in order to become key drivers for long-term economic growth, job creation and innovation, and role models who support their local entrepreneurial ecosystem. In 2014, Endeavor Entrepreneurs generated more than $7.7bn in revenues and created over 500,000 high-value jobs. In the summer of 2015, Endeavor opened an affiliate in Bulgaria which is the third such affiliate in Europe and continuosly searches for high-impact Bulgarian entrepreneurs to join the network.

Peter Mitev had the opportunity to present at the International Selection Panel after a rigorous selection process including interviews with international mentors as well as with Board Members at Endeavor Bulgaria. During the final stage of the selection process, Mitev shared his entrepreneurship story, the success of Chaos Group and his vision for achieving sustainable growth over three 45-minute interviews with top international business leaders with experience in various domains. Amongst his interviewers was Mike Cassidy, Vice President at Google and Project Leader on GoogleX Project Loon (Google’s project aimed at bringing ballon-powered Internet access to remote regions of the world). Cassidy congratulated Peter on his success in the 3D rendering space globally and on finding a niche market that he managed to successfully take over. He characterized Peter as a mature and thoughtful entrepreneur who has the capacity to continue the inspiring development of Chaos Group with his friend and partner Vladimir Koylazov.

Mitev will be working closely with an Endeavor Advisory Board that will support him in the planning and execution of Chaos Group’s future growth strategy. Endeavor provides customized services to help entrepreneurs scale, including access to new markets by leveraging its 4,000 worldwide mentor network, access to talent such as business consultants from top international companies (partnering with EY and Bain), opportunities for entrepreneurship programs at Harvard, Stanford, MIT and others, as well as direct access to Endeavor’s renowned Investor Network.
