We select Regional Entrepreneurs from EMEA, the most-promising companies to reach their next scale-up phase. The entrepreneurs receive optimal guidance and tailored support through access to all of Endeavor ‘s local and regional EMEA resources.

Screening: Our team uses research and recommendations to identify potential candidates. Endeavor staff then assess the application and conduct research to determine whether a candidate is a good fit.

First Opinion Reviews: Endeavor staff conducts a one-hour interview to assess the candidate’s viability.

Second Opinion Reviews: Endeavor mentors conduct two interviews with each candidate, probing the business’s strategy, innovation, growth potential, and entrepreneurs’ personal qualities.

Selection Criteria

Our Regional Support Program gives access to tailored support, dedicated account manager, and all our available resources on a local and regional level. We are always on the lookout for high-potential companies from the Balkans. Our criteria are in three categories.

Business

Innovative businesses, with traction (revenue of min.2M EUR), validated business model and significant growth potential (CAGR > 80%).
Timing

Companies to be/soon to be at an inflection point for growth and ready to be turbo-charged by Endeavor’s network.
Entrepreneur

Leaders that are willing to listen, learn, and grow. Potential to inspire future generations to dream BIG, create ecosystem impact, and have a give-back mentality.
