Sabina Gyosheva and Dimitar Tsotsorkov Join Endeavor Bulgaria’s Board of Directors
Endeavor Bulgaria is pleased to announce that Sabina Gyosheva, Co-founder & CEO of BY FAR, and Dimitar Tsotsorkov, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Assarel-Medet, join the Endeavor Bulgaria’s Board of Directors. The new board members are dedicated to support the organization in its mission to drive long-term economic growth and build strong entrepreneurship ecosystems by selecting, mentoring, and accelerating the best high-impact entrepreneurs.
Sabina Gyosheva is the CEO and co-founder of BY FAR, a brand designing luxury shoes and bags for women around the world.

Sabina, together with her sister Valentina and sister-in-law Denitsa, launched the brand in mid-2016, immediately catching the attention of Vogue UK. Within its first year, the brand achieved over 70k organic Instagram followers and was featured in leading fashion media around the world. Today, the label’s products are sold in prestigious department stores such as Harvey Nichols in London and Galeries Lafayette in Paris and are worn by celebrities such as Demi Moore, Bella Hadid and Kendall Jenner.
As a CEO, Sabina has been setting the strategic objectives of BY FAR and thanks to her leadership, the company is among Europe’s most dynamically growing retail companies. In 2020, Sabina was awarded “Founder of the Year” in Bulgaria by the Central European Startup Awards. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies from University of Westminster, London.
Upon joining the Endeavor Board, Sabina shared, “My 4-year journey as an Endeavor Entrepreneur has been nothing short of amazing and I am truly honored to have the opportunity to continue my role in the organization as part of the Endeavor Bulgaria Board of Directors. Dimitar Tsotsorkov
Dimitar Tsotsorkov is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Assarel-Medet, Bulgaria’s leading ore-mining company, Executive Director of Assarel Investment, and co-founder of the Lachezar Tsotsorkov Foundation.
His professional pathway at Assarel-Medet starts in 2001 – first as a sales and hedging expert, subsequently becoming head and director of the Corporate Development department. In 2019, in honor of the life and work of his father, Lachezar Tsotsorkov, Dimitar established the Lachezar Tsotsorkov Foundation, funding initiatives in the fields of education, culture, and healthcare. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the American University in Bulgaria, Krastyo Sarafov National Academy of Theater and Film Arts and St. Ivan Rilski University of Mining and Geology.
Dimitar holds two Bachelor degrees respectively in Economics and Finance, and Computer Science from Richmond American University, and a Master degree in Information Management and Finance from Westminster University in London. He graduated from the BOT-program of the Institute for Management Development in Switzerland and specialized in sustainable development, social responsibility and leadership topics.
