10 Companies Join Endeavor’s Third Class of the Dare to Scale Growth Program

Dare to Scale, powered by Postbank and supported by Software Group and BSMEPA, is aimed at nurturing local scale-ups in their quest to become globally competitive, growth-oriented, and resilient businesses.

Endeavor’s mentors and partners interviewed the candidates to select the 10 companies that best meet the criteria. All of the shortlisted companies have 2020 annual sales of min €100 K and employ max 150 full time staff.

The program will run over September – December 2021. The selected companies will go through 6 workshops, divided in 4 modules (Marketing, Sales, Finance and HR), individual mentoring sessions and networking events. The goal is to help entrepreneurs achieve a product-market fit and to set up a scalable sales process.

The 10 companies in the Dare to Scale Class of 2021 are:

Childish– Childish is a software development company focused on outsourcing Python solutions. They provide end-to-end software development services, also design, build and manage dedicated teams.

Decibel– a Bulgarian engineering and production company, founded in 2012 in Sofia. Today, DECIBEL is one of the largest manufacturers of sound insulation and acoustic solutions sold on 4 continents.

Dexycon – creates modular mobile business solutions in three directions: digital business cards, mobile apps that reduce the distance between the company and thecustomer, and B2B apps

National Archives – helps businesses have their documents and data securely stored and organized off site while also making them easily accessible digitally or physically whenever needed.
PARAMIDONNA – a swimwear and beachwear brand founded in 2015 with the core belief that every woman deserves to feel beautiful and stylish in her body.
REVERSE Dermatology Clinic – a private dermatological clinic established in 2016, providing services in the field of aesthetic and clinical dermatology.
Rotax.BG Ltd. – a company that operates in the customer’s electronics area. It does, controls and manages all the stages when it comes to a certain product’s lifespan – R&D, production, sales, etc.
Shkolo – founded in 2016 with the mission to reduce the administrative paperwork at school and let the teachers focus on more value-adding activities such as – teaching, mentoring and inspiring students.
StorPool – a software company, which develops storage solutions for large companies which build public or private clouds.
Techno Farm – develops customized agronomy software based on integrated satellite imagery, weather data and agronomy services.
