Thank You to Our Dare to Scale Interviewers 2021

We are happy to share that the interviews for our growth program, Dare to Scale, are now complete!

It was another promising group of exciting entrepreneurs and businesses that deserve to be successful. From the initial applications of 28 strong candidates, we shortlisted 19 for first round of interviews. These interviews were conducted by a committee consisting of an Endeavor mentor, a representative from our partners – Postbank, Software Group and The Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency (BSMEPA), and a staff member. The entrepreneurs presented themselves, their company, strategy and ambitions for the future. Our interviewers took the time to get to know the candidates and evaluate their eligibility for Dare to Scale; after which they focused on sharing their feedback and advice for the founders.
