Why did you decide to join the Endeavor Bulgaria network, and what impact do you hope to have in your role?

I joined because this is one of the leading world networks, with a proven track record of promoting the innovative and entrepreneurial ecosystems in all the markets, where the network is operational, and also because the leading entrepreneurs in Bulgaria, most of them my friends, are members and told me this is really the place to be, in order to support the Bulgarian ecosystem.

What do you believe is the most critical factor in scaling a business sustainably? 

It is not only the leading entrepreneur or founder, but the whole team that makes it all happen.

What’s the best business advice you’ve ever received?

Whatever you do, you must work hard from morning till evening, to make it happen, laziness is the greatest sin.

What’s one book, podcast, or resource you’re currently reading or listening to that you’d recommend to others?

I would recommend HBR’s Daily Alert, Espresso from The Economist, and the book “Made to Stick”.

What’s one piece of advice you’d give to aspiring entrepreneurs?

You must learn to fail or fail to learn 🙂
