Simona Nikolova

Simona Nikolova is Entrepreneur Experience Director and Access to Capital Lead at Endeavor Bulgaria, responsible for identifying and selecting the highest performing entrepreneurs from Bulgaria and the region, and supporting them with demand-driven services related to the access to capital, markets and know-how.

Prior to joining Endeavor, Simona was helping newly formed businesses develop their business idea and strategy. As part of an Asset management company she also gained experience on finding investment opportunities and assessing the company’s strengths and weaknesses. Advising early stage startups has helped her gain a better perspective of the challenging business environment and the importance of encouraging entrepreneurship from the beginning.

Simona holds a Master of Arts degree in Economics and Management studies from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland.
