What has been your company’s biggest achievement or milestone to date, and what impact has it had on your business?
finbryte has developed digital solutions for the biggest mortgage lenders in Bulgaria which have a combined portfolio exceeding 5 bln euros. We have designed, created and currently service dskhome.bg – the biggest bank owned digital portal in Bulgaria with real estate offerings which is the most significant step in digitalizing the mortgage origination proces in the country. Our project Ocenime.bg which provides automative real estate appraisals just hit 1 million online appraisals. Our project for a white-label digital mortgage origination platform has been awarded a Seal of Excellence by the European Innovation Council.
What’s an unexpected or fun fact about your company or team that most people wouldn’t know?
The company has been growing entirely organic.
What’s a piece of advice you wish you had received when you were just starting out? How do you pass this wisdom on?
The chunk of Bulgarian employers who do not wish to invest in practical digital tools is too damn high.
